Delight’s engineering team includes a civil engineer and participates in engineering design, interior space planning, fit-out construction and site coordination. Depending on project scope, services may include site surveys, client requirements, layout planning, materials and work sequencing, partitions and finishing works, lighting, electrical and plumbing coordination, mechanical services, construction scheduling, and quality, programme and safety oversight. In addition to general interior fit-out, the team can bring water-treatment and smart-facility experience to specialised environments.
